Maria Torres, RN
Maria Torres has been an ER Trauma Registered Nurse for over a decade while working with multidisciplinary teams to optimize patient care for over two decades. Throughout her nursing career, Maria has placed an immense value over the importance of providing the utmost quality care for all of her patients. Armored in her confidence and experience, Maria faced Covid 19 head on as a front line worker. During this time, she found an abundance of emotional rewards while providing care for her patients. Supporting patients who were at a vulnerable point in their lives with kindness, care, and respect is what fueled Maria to create positive impacts day in and day out during challenging times in the medical field.
This led to a new found passion for self care, mental health, physical wellness, and the art of Aesthetics. Being a mother of 7, Maria understood how important it is to take care of herself as well as her family. Long hours and night shifts in the ER made it difficult to be away from family. With all this in mind, it gave her the motivation and confidence to go out and follow her passion in becoming a Certified Aesthetic Nurse Injector.
Maxwell Jen, MD
Dr. Maxwell Jen is a highly accomplished physician with a diverse background encompassing emergency medicine, clinical informatics, and a profound commitment to anti-aging and aesthetics. Beginning his career as a board-certified emergency medicine physician, Dr. Jen ascended to the role of medical director and clinical teaching faculty at a university medical center. During this tenure, he earned an MBA and board certifications in clinical informatics while actively educating and supervising medical students, interns, and residents.
Driven by the challenges posed by the COVID-19 pandemic, Dr. Jen founded an anti-aging and aesthetic private practice in which he focuses on slowing the aging process and optimizing health through regenerative medicine principles. Board-certified in regenerative medicine and obesity medicine, Dr. Jen is at the forefront of innovative medical practices. His commitment to education and advancement is further highlighted by his role as a key opinion leader for several medical technology companies.
Delving into aesthetics and anti-aging in early 2021, Dr. Jen has since undergone extensive training and courses in various procedures. His expertise spans neurotoxins, dermal fillers, biostimulators, PRP/PRF therapy, mesotherapy, IV therapy, laser therapy, intense pulse light therapy, microneedling, radiofrequency (RF) microneedling, high-intensity focused ultrasound (HIFU), non-invasive radiofrequency bulk heating, and minimally-invasive liposuction.
In his practice, Dr. Jen offers a comprehensive range of services, including neurotoxin injections, facial volume restoration, non-invasive facelifts, skin resurfacing, facial and body contouring, weight optimization therapy, non-invasive lipolysis, IV therapy, photofacials, hair restoration, acne treatments, and scar treatments. His experience as a medical director extends to diverse settings, including a university medical center emergency department, a home health service, a COVID-19 testing site, and his own anti-aging and aesthetics private practice.
